Remember all the cool toys your mom threw away, toys like the original Star Wars figures, the Micronauts and my personal favorite Stretch Armstrong - that along with tons of other vintage toys that are now worth a lot of money - yeah, I know, that’s what I get for leaving them at my parent’s garage.

Vintage Toy of the Day is something that I started up in Jan. of 2004 on the Unreal Spawn Message Board. I have decided to bring it to myspace, in order to reach a wider audience. The idea is pretty simple. Every day I post pictures, and information on a toy (usually an action figure) that was produced prior to 1989, mostly covering toys from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.

When I stumbled onto VTOTD’s Myspace page it was like getting into a time machine and taking a trip back to my childhood - fun.
